Island Paradise Beach or cable?
It's going to Nassau Bahamas this year with friends and discuss betweent the hotels, either in an island paradise beach or by cable. How far are the two places? What place has more to do for young adults? We are debating between the station Wyndham Playa Beach Resort and Sheraton Cable Beach or stay at the Atlantis. It is good public transport in Nassau? Any information would be appreciated!
Are about 30 minutes. I'm sure you've looked at the two sites. Cable Beach is from the Bahamas, the calmer waters and less crowds. Atlantis is like Las Vegas, with crowds of people, the lines of the slides, busloads of cruise and high prices. Many children weeping and indulgent parents. As for things to do .. all tours and activities depart from the pier, downtown .. midway between the two .. so neither is closer than the other. City Center is located at east to get from Cable Beach for $ Jitney 1.25.pp. Atlantis water taxi for 3 in each direction. After 6 .. ferries stop running so you need a taxi. After 7 of jitneys (bus) stops and you need a taxi. Each has excellent beaches and a casino. The cable is easy on the wallet.
