What speed would be better?
I'm looking for a cruise as an option for the trip for my college class, we are a small group of little, and I wonder who would be better, the Bahamas or the Caribbean, and the line is better between Royal Caribbean or Carnival. Suggestions? Thanks!
The Bahamas destiny is a kind of overrated, in my opinion. Not much to do there, and cruise ships go mostly because it is so close to Florida. I prefer almost any other destination in the Bahamas. Barkley is right about the old empire. Worldwide Carnival in the cabin must be 21 years or more, or a person must be 25. That can swing Royal Caribbean. Both are good lines. Real is more recent, more pleasant vessels. Carnival tends to have better prices, and some people say that food is better on Carnival. As a cruise for the first time, you will not notice a big difference. For the first time, just get the longest, cruises best I can for the money has to happen. Later, you will begin to develop more of a preference and be able to try different lines and options. Good luck.
