bareboat charter in carribean?
i am planning to bareboat charter a catamaran from ft. lauderdale fl to grand bahama and back. i have a few years sailing experience up in the chesapeake and i am asa certified to bareboat. i am concerned as to whether i qualify because i have never chartered a boat in the carribbean, only the chesapeake. although i have sailed 34-40′ in florida. do i qualify for a carribbean bareboat charter?
i stand corrected, thank you….it would be an atlantic charter 
You would have to call a boat shop and find out.
