Grand Bahama rentals

What are the things for free / low cost to make in South Florida?

I come to Fort Lauderdale with my two teenagers (also 2 nights Grand Bahama Island – Freeport). From July 30 to August 3. What can we do that is free or cheap? We will also visit Orlando and I got tickets to Disney. I wanted to swim with dolphins, but is expensive. We are bringing our own diving equipment. We will have a rental car.

For free … enjoy beaches! National Parks are cheap and very beautiful, in most can grill, fish, and sometimes rent a canoe to explore further, or bicycle or Segway. Fi can see Hugh Taylor Birch Park in Ft Lauderdale. On a rainy day, you can also go to the mall (fi Sawgras Mills) and allow each person a small amount of money (like $ 10-20) to spend as they want, then meet again at the food court a few hours and see what I could find. To swim with dolphins for less money than at the Miami Seaquarium is a place in Isla Morada en route to Key West, called the Theatre of the Sea shows are also very nice, like a small Seaworld, but I was surprised how good it was, I expected much less. And the entrance, of course, is much less!
