Grand Bahama island horseback riding
Vacation cruise tour help! Horseback riding?

So I'm going on a cruise that stops first in the island of Grand Bahama, then Nassau, then great stirrup cay …. i wanted to try riding in Grand Bahama, apparently you go through water and other things, it's a dream, but … I've only been on a horse once or twice I'm not afraid of the horse, I'm afraid of being sore after the rest of my trip. I've heard that riding can cause you pain, do not want to be a pain for the rest of my cow. Online reviews seem good, but any advice?

My son is a tour guide for horse riding and said the main thing is to get comfortable pants (no shorts) and good shoes. Super tennis shoes. Then, before riding, do some squats in the leg cycling, if you can, and some leg lifts too. Swimming is great too. To prevent chafing, put some dust on the inner thighs before traveling. Baby powder is fine. Just mounting one or two times a year and I'm nearly 60 years of age, but because riding a bike every day that I never was sore when riding a horse. BTW, that would be a great tour to go ahead.
