Need help with all-inclusive resort for the wedding / honeymoon?

My girlfriend and I are trying to maintain both our wedding and honeymoon in one of the beaches, all-inclusive Sandals and Breezes in the Bahamas or Jamaica. I always thought the resorts would be great and would be willing to splurge for the occasion. I looked through the reviews on Tripadvisor and mixed usually are. Some comments on there are really bad I was worried. Has anyone been to any of these resources and would you recommend? Note that we are in our 30 years in search of a pleasant and relaxing with good food. We are open to suggestions from others too, but would like to keep the issue of all-inclusive. Thanks!

Speaking from experience I would not go to Jamaica unless he planned to stay as long in the complex. I worked at Sandals Montego Bay for a year and a half. It was great when I was there but recently came back (after 20 years) and was surprised how much had changed and how dangerous it was. If you plan to stay at the resort and not going anywhere can be good. I did not stay at Sandals the last time I was there, I stayed at Round Hill in a villa, and was treated great … but that is within a resort. People as a whole was not friendly, I was constantly harassed by the local money, and men were very aggressive (and that's being kind), people treated me like I was stupid and tried to cheat wherever he went! I kept in touch with some people who worked with then and went home a few times for dinner, even told me the same things, they were very worried about me and my children are there alone. I think the Bahamas is a better bet. I think most people do not go to Jamaica now, it's a shame, the island is very beautiful. Turks and Caicos is amazing! Probably the best in the Caribbean right now. But also think of other islands, St. Vincent, St. Maarten, Martinique … all quiet.
