Weekly suggestions / advice for couples?
Ok, so me and my girlfriend are looking to get away for a week at the end of October, preferably in a place with good weather, etc. The price is a problem because I'm covering both of us, so I can not empty my wallet for a week. If all-inclusive price higher is understandable, otherwise nothing too crazy. Been to Cancun and the Bahamas last year to rule that out. Looking good suggestions or advice on previous experiences, and what is a good place for couples that is relatively inexpensive. In the case of matter, I have 22 years, she 19 and I'm traveling outside New York. Thanks! If all-inclusive, and by 1000 is good. If it is not all inclusive I would like less than 700.
OK Joey, here you go. What Cayo North West. I'm talking about Folly Beach, South Carolina. It is a suburb of Charleston, but relaxed as KW. The main street, downtown San is full of restaurants and bars. There 'Planet Follywood', a wine bar upstairs (with other drinks) and entertainment, the Crab House and many other places. Book the Holiday Inn hotel by the sea, at the foot of Centre St. to the madness. Everything is within walking distance (a few blocks). Fly to Charleston and rent a car. That gives you the freedom to do all of Charleston, as well as madness. Be sure to make the center of a horse drawn ride. Try Wild Wing on Market St. with great wings and beer. Back to madness dinner in the sand bar of an evening. Plan is the sunset. Sunset on the Folly River and marsh is beautiful. Walk on the beach at night, which is an experience. As for Bowen's Island Restaurant – A unique place that will never forget. So no need to go far to enjoy an unforgettable experience.
