"I can go to the U.S. in my records we do need a visa?
I am a citizen of the Bahamas my recently expired Visa and now must address the Nassau Bahamas for a new one that will have to spend the extra money they could use in their Christmas shopping. wanted to know if I could travel on my criminal record our police do I have to get another U.S. visa because if in fact i can ride in my records, then save me from having to spend money on an airline ticket to go to Nassau to get the visa then spend an extra $ 100 dollars to pay the visa if I do not have to do all that and can go in my police record and passport then ill save $ 400 dollars that I could spend on other things instead of spending it to have to go get the dam Visa.
