how much cash do i need for bahamas?
i am flying to the bahamas and staying in a all inclusive resort called superclub breezers, for 2 weeks, flying out the 9th jan from heathrow
i am taking 1k in dollas – got to say ive got 600pounds worth allready 805 dollas
we are getting married there, and want to goto the atlantis resort for the water park as well as swimming with dolphins and possiby a helicopter ride over the island – do they barter out there?
how much cash will i need for the two weeks?
what else is there to do there

I would suggest planning on at least $150.00 a day spending money.
That way the days you just hang out and not spend much will take care of the days you are doing activities.
I think that to rent the jet skis is like $ 50.00 USD a half day
The dolphin excursions is about $100..
Check out the scuba diving from Bahama Diver’s they have a day long outing that is very reasonable.
I checked the price of day passes at Atlantis once and it was almost cheaper to stay at the hotel than it was to get a day pass for te pools, aquariums etc. You can tour some of their property without a pas though.
If you are paying for meals on top of activities. figure a bit more, it can be very expensive to eat out in Nassau, if you don’t know know some of the local places.
When you are out of the hotel and in Nassau, be mindful of your whereabouts and your possessions, stay on main streets and where there are lots of people.
