Will I make my connection in Miami? first flight, please help!?
Me and my boyfriend fly to the Bahamas early Monday morning. We DTW leaving the airport (in Detroit) at 6:45 am through American Airlines. We arrived in Miami (airport code MIA) at 9:30 am. Our connecting flight from Miami to Freeport is at 10:35 am, American Airlines, but our entries detail that is operated by American Eagle. Is it a different airline? This is my first ever flying and I'm worried about not making the connection because it is little more than an hour and is in Miami (which I suppose a busy airport, especially at the end of the morning). Do you think it should be OK, or is that cutting close?
American Eagle is also owned airlines U.S. and usually would be in the same terminal so it must be safe and you can check your luggage all the way to Freeport while in Detroit as well
