Questions about the cruise I'm going in March? Port Canaveral to the Bahamas.?
Hello! I'm going on a cruise in March, leaving from Port Canaveral, Florida to the Bahamas! want to fly to Orlando. What is the best (and cheapest!) To get from the airport to the port? It is possible to fly in a day advance and stay at a nearby hotel, then go to the next morning. Is it a good idea? Should we rent a car, take a taxi, or take a shuttle? Also, what items should I bring? I'm on the Carnival cruise line. Do I have to wear fancy clothes? If you have been permitted to carry any alcohol on board, or has anyone been able to "sneak" in without any problem? I just want to avoid paying both beverages, etc. Has anyone sailed the Carnival Sensation before? I have read mixed reviews. Sorry for so many questions, this is my first cruise. Thanks!

Rental cars, more parking at the dock for a week would be expensive … Usually a night Captains and passengers are "requested" to wear dress clothes and men wear suits …. We do not! … Excess baggage .. I wear pants and a shirt button, my wife a nice summer dress ……. If you usually can sneak alcohol in their luggage, but since the 9 / 11 chances are slim ..
