A trip to the island in the Exumas Bahamas

The Bahamas in general is a very romantic destination with the large number of islands and cays surrounded by the most beautiful turquoise-blue waters and white sand beaches and pink. There are few more charming than the Exumas, Staniel Cay and more specifically where the Staniel Cay Yacht Club.
What is the perfect island getaway in a remote and untouched island where you can enjoy a holiday very comfortable and totally casual. There are 9 absolutely charming cottages, a marina and even a landing strip for small planes. There is also a clubhouse with a large restaurant and bar typical Bahamas.
The newly renovated cabins are non smoking and are divided as follows. There are four cottages called blue, orange, pink, lavender and are perfect for couples with one bedroom and a balcony over the maritime law. Made for romantic honeymoon destination perfect, especially compared to west and enjoy incredible sunsets.
Four other houses were designed to accommodate more people, and the ninth house has three bedrooms so it is very suitable for up to seven adults. All cabins are equipped with air conditioning, a coffee maker and small refrigerator, no kitchen, no phone, no TV, the latter two available in the clubhouse, so really you forget the stress of life in the 21st century.
The food at Staniel Cay Yacht Club is very good and is well worth taking three meals per day all inclusive package, which incidentally does not include drinks. The island of Staniel Cay is small being less than two square miles, with only a small village with a population of less than 80 people, are not exactly choose from more places to eat.
It does not matter because the food is excellent, starting with breakfast and dinner will be choose between meat, lobster, lamb chops and a variety of fish. Orders must be placed by five in the afternoon, so the food is very fresh and a sort of Caribbean / Bahamas / Western fusion, but excellent.
The staff at the Staniel Cay Yacht Club is efficient and friendly, room is kept immaculate, and enjoy the company of other guests. Many, of course, wonderful yachts anchor in the harbor sports, but more importantly they have in common is the desire to escape from the modern all-inclusive, one size fits all hotels and here probably have.
One of the best features of this honeymoon getaway island is the whale gets the go exploring use of the Keys and the local beaches. You get a day field to carry with you, and you need a good sunscreen and a high protection factor because there is no protection from the sun on the beaches and cays land at. It is useful to have some sailing experience, but even if you just start small, do not be greedy, and their confidence grows, you can venture further. You also need to rent a golf cart for shopping and exploring.
All in all the Staniel Cay is idyllic, the Yacht Club itself is a true destination romantic trip in the Caribbean and the Keys of the Exumas are wonderful to explore and discover. It is almost certain that if you choose this for your trip to the island you will want to return.
