When you think of the Bahamas, do you think of luxury hotels, casinos and resorts colossal like Atlantis on Paradise Island? If so, you can be forgiven for thinking that only the very rich can afford an oceanfront home in the Bahamas. In fact, the islands of the Bahamas have real estate bargains that will surprise and delight. Especially now, with the soft real estate market and sellers get nervous, you can find a business that will put you on the beach.

How do I find a great deal from the thousands of listings available? Easy: I've done for you. In order to keep my objectivity, I have not included all properties that have a personal interest. Nor can I get a commission or any other payment of the properties mentioned in this item. The selections are based solely on an outstanding value for the buyer. Let's look now at the best bargains in the Bahamas has to offer.

Abaco: 15 Acres with 630 feet of ocean and beach Facade

Abaco is known as the sailing capital of the Bahamas. With dozens of uninhabited cays and extraordinary fishing, sailors reason to consider the Abacos to be among the best in the world of cruising.
