The Real Estate Top Ten business in the Bahamas
When you think of the Bahamas, do you think of luxury hotels, casinos and resorts colossal like Atlantis on Paradise Island? If so, you can be forgiven for thinking that only the very rich can afford an oceanfront home in the Bahamas. In fact, the islands of the Bahamas have real estate bargains that will surprise and delight. Especially now, with the soft real estate market and sellers get nervous, you can find a business that will put you on the beach.
How do I find a great deal from the thousands of listings available? Easy: I've done for you. In order to keep my objectivity, I have not included all properties that have a personal interest. Nor can I get a commission or any other payment of the properties mentioned in this item. The selections are based solely on an outstanding value for the buyer. Let's look now at the best bargains in the Bahamas has to offer.
Abaco: 15 Acres with 630 feet of ocean and beach Facade
Abaco is known as the sailing capital of the Bahamas. With dozens of uninhabited cays and extraordinary fishing, sailors reason to consider the Abacos to be among the best in the world of cruising. A few miles north of Treasure Cay, a private vendor offers 15 acres of land with 630 meters of beachfront on the Sea of Abaco. The plot has a height of 65 feet. Part of the beach facing the sea is, and more could become the beach without difficulty. For all yachtsmen anchoring, is not protected by 20 feet deep in front of the property. Harbor-front lots in the nearby Green Turtle Cay and Guana Cay are sold at $ 400,000 an acre. The sales value of the subdivided 15-acre parcel, therefore, is in the range of $ 5 million. Coral Reef is solidly built of concrete block and stucco and painted a shade of yellow-orange color not my favorite, but then again, nobody comes to ask advice of decoration. Coral Reef is in the direction of the land side of Ocean Drive, about 300 meters Atlantic. There is a beach almost directly in front of her and two lots on the right, in fact, about 500 meters from the front door. In theory, the lot is directly facing coral reefs could be useful, partially blocking the view of the Atlantic. Sandyport has 500 houses, seven pools, five tennis courts, four restaurants, three beaches, and a partridge in a pear tree. It also has its own shopping center, the Olde Towne Mall. The batch that I recommend is both the front of the canal and beachfront, and comes with a dock. It is rare to see any Sandyport canal front lot offered for less than $ 500,000, no matter one with front beach. At $ 450,000, this lot is a rare find, even without the pear.
Nassau: Three Bedroom Oceanfront Townhouse in Eastern Road
Eastern New Providence Road extends from the city of Nassau east along the coast. It is home to many fine oceanfront residences, most prices between one and two million. I found one for you for less than $ 500,000. This three bedroom, three-bathroom house has two floors plus a penthouse, for a total of 1581 square feet of living space. The attractive modern design boasts high ceilings, tile and wood floors and a wall of sliding glass doors facing the sea. Outer Space includes a large balcony and patio, both overlooking the sea. Built in 1999, the town house is in a gated community with swimming pool and a small private beach. Price: $ 439,000. You will not find a better deal in a townhouse on the seafront in Nassau.
Nassau New Homes three bedroom townhouses for $ 249,000
For this occasion, had to put the price on the owner or anyone would believe it. This revival is a gated residential community than a dozen smaller two and a half story townhouses with a pool. The three-bedroom house is in need of extensive renovation, so book a couple of hundreds of thousands to customize their space. Still, David Copperfield paid U.S. $ 45 million for his island. The price for yours? $ 1.5 million.
A final word
