Phonecall from 0010000000000?
I keep getting phone calls from this number, (I got the number from Caller ID, & 1471)
When I answer the calls, it’s a recorded message. It blows a ships horn, and then says “This is your captain speaking”, and basically says that if I answer a few questions, they’ll give me 2 free tickets for a cruise round the Bahama’s.
I know it’s a scam! But I want to stop the calls. I’ve already joined the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) but these calls still manage to get through.
Whoever it is, I want to get into contact with, because I’m fed up with getting them. They come every few weeks, and have been getting the SAME call for about 18 months now.
I either want to block them, or speak to them! Please help!
I forgot to mention, I called the number, but it says not recognised.
How can this be, since they called me?
