Honeymoon question for this October?
Hi all, I am getting married this October in Oklahoma and am having trouble searching for good deals on moons honey. I like to keep the budget around $ 3000 if possible. We would also like something all inclusive. My husband likes the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, but is expensive. We are not looking at any particular place and the right, inside or outside the United States, does anyone have any suggestions on where to go or where not to go. ie I have heard jamaca is dangerous if you leave the ski resorts. Also, any idea of good travel book website could be appreciated. Thanks everyone!
There are a lot of great all-inclusive resorts in the Riviera Maya in Mexico, which would be well within your budget and your goregous area. My concern about the east coast of Mexico or any Caribbean islands (including Atlantis in the Bahamas) to be that October is still hurricane season. I'm not sure there was some risk as important as your honeymoon. The Pacific Coast would be a better choice for all inclusive holidays in October because is not in the hurricane zone. There are some nice resorts on the Pacific coast of Mexico and I also recommend you consider Panama or El Salvador both have wonderful all-inclusive resorts (Royal Decameron) that are reasonably priced.
